Novensia

The Centre for Research on the Antiquity of Southeastern Europe, University of Warsaw publishes the annual Novensia (ISSN 0860-5777) since 1987. It includes articles in English, Russian, Polish, Bulgarian, German and French. The works are usually focused on Greek and Roman antiquity related issues in general and the sites excavated archaeologically by the Centre in particular.

Among other things Novensia contains the results of fieldwork carried out by the Centre in Novae, Risan, Scodra, Tanais and Konsulowskoye.
The journal also publishes papers on various types of ancient finds and treatises on antique culture and its relation with the Barbaricum. Novensia also includes the papers from conferences organized by the Centre.
